'New Year, Same God' - Ken Coneby

Ken looks at the story of Simeon meeting baby Jesus in Luke 2:22-40 and breaks down the story from 3 perspectives. How Simeon saw God as a cosmic God playing out a play for creation before and beyond his lifetime, how he saw God as someone who cares for each one of us and invites us to participate with him through the Holy Spirit, and how God’s heart was with the poor and unseen. Ken also shares some of the transitions our church is going through and his hopes and prayers for the community in this coming year.
